Registered Home Manager
I am Teresa, the Registered Home Manager.
I am passionate about care; I have a firm believe that everyone deserves to be treated with the uttermost respect and should receive the highest level of dignified and compassionate care/support. I also believe that just because someone is living with a physical or cognitive condition, this should not define them, they should be seen as a person and be embraced as the unique individual they are.
I have been working in care since 2004 and started as the registered manager at Little Oaks in 2022. I am extremely proud of the home, especially the team, who all share the same values, vision and ethos of the home and give our residents the exceptional care that we pride ourselves on.
I feel very fortunate to be doing a job that I enjoy so much here.
Deputy Home Manager
I am Brooke, the Deputy Home Manager.
I started working at Little Oaks in 2022 as an Administrator and progressed into my Deputy Manager role in 2024. I haveĀ completed my Level 5 in Health and Social Care, and I support Teresa in the day-to-day running of the home.
At Little Oaks, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. I feel privileged to be a part of the team and work alongside such kind, committed, and compassionate colleagues.
Care team
This is our amazing and dedicated care team who always wear a smile and who provide our residents with the exceptional, compassionate, and dignified care we pride ourselves on.
Activities
This is Sam, our lovely Activity Coordinator, who does a great job of engaging and entertaining our residents.
Kitchen team
This is our fantastic kitchen team Dave and Bee, who create and serve delicious meals and beverages to our residents every day.
Housekeeping team
This is our wonderful housekeeping team, who do a brilliant job keeping the home clean, tidy, and fresh for our residents and visitors.
